Our History

Established in 1977, Revco Products, Inc. (RPI) was the creation and vision of David S. Gonzales. David’s entrepreneurship began with his last assignment from his last employer, Hotel Security Systems of Santa Ana.

Box Build / Panel Build

Why receive just the printed circuit board assembly when you can outsource production of the entire box build or panel assembly to a single supplier? Our experience in supply chain management affords us the ability to schedule the purchase of materials from various suppliers for the building of both the boards and the enclosures. You eliminate yet another step in the manufacturing process by having complete certified and tested boxes or panels shipped to you when you need them. Our material management program is aligned with your product delivery needs. Revco Products also offers custom design Tote Boxes for Kan Ban Cells.

Our electronic assembly services range from surface mount (SMT) and THRU-Hole (THT) technology printed circuit board (PCB) assembly to panel assembly and complete box build products. Revco Products, Inc. offers a range of services for the turn-key customer.We have built an infrastructure capable of supporting any size requirement.We have special bonding packages with local and offshore suppliers to aid in meeting or beating your current pricing.With auto replenishment already in house and expandable at any time, we can meet those immediate requirement delivery dates. In addition, to these programs we stock over 5,000 different parts in house.

(RPI) offers cable assembly to aid in consolidating our customer's requirements. We have discrete capabilities in house. (RPI) has built a network of alliances that provide (RPI) with the capability of molded and skuzzy cable assemblies. Our crimping and pressing machines can be altered to support any discrete or flat cable assembly.

(RPI) offers design and procurement of printed circuit board fabrications. We have established a network of PCB fabrication companies capable of meeting any requirement and or standard. This network includes domestic and offshore suppliers.
