We encourage you to tour of our 12,000 square foot climate-controlled facility where all our production is done here in Southern California.

You will find a highly efficient production facility with the latest technology, and Kan Ban manufacturing systems to deliver your product on time, as you need it.

Facility

RPI maintains a 12,000sqft facility with complete ESD protection throughout. Our layout is comprised of separate work centers for individual manufacturing steps and increased efficiency to our production flow.Our entire manufacturing department is climate controlled with recessed lighting.

Quality is as important as service at Revco. We are ISO9001:2008 certified, but that is just the start. We offer burn-in, functional test and ionic contamination test in house.

We employ materials and procedures required to protect your products from ESD (Electro Static Discharge), which could damage your PCB assemblies. We also incorporate AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), machines to confirm part numbers, placements, polarity, and solder joints.
